Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Win Draw Lose account from within the app.

In-App Deletion Steps

  1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Delete Account button.
  3. Review the warning and confirm.

Alternative Request

If you can’t access the app, email ejeziejohnson@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email linked to your account.

What Happens Next

  • Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours.
  • Full data deletion is completed within 30 days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when finished.
